Parade, crafts and bike ride

The day was so mild that we hauled the bikes out the shed and went on our first family bike ride since been back. We cycled down to The Old Bell for a pint and cool drink. The colours of all the leaves were fantastic.

The trees are amazing at the moment.

The remembrance parade. I love seeing all the old veterans so proud with all their medals on their jackets.

Sorry not a good photo but wanted to show all the medals.

Kara in the parade with all her Brownie friends.

Spot Victoria. Thank goodness she is behaving

Quick change for the kids and we headed out to Ayots St Lawrence for a pub lunch. One of our favourite places.

Kids cooking and Lego land

Mark and Stacey from Scarsdale New York and Karina and Thierry from Westport all come over for lunch. We are all now back in the UK. So a good opportunity to get the America flag out. Good laugh.

Victoria making breakfast for Harold and Caroline

Kara set the table to start doing her cookery badge for Brownies

Caroline and Harold had pancakes and fruit for breakfast. The kids had sugar, more sugar and a little pancake. Kara is so taken by Master Chef. We now watch Junior master chef

The meal

The kids did a planting session on the high street for the brownies

I took this picture while I was walking to play tennis. Just love the colours. Having so much fun playing tennis.

All the kids getting ready to trick or treat.

Lego land. So expensive and so many people. Wont be heading there in a hurry.
