Christmas and Praz sur Arly

We watched a 3D movie on Christmas evening. Leon and his gadgets but good fun.

Kids were up early

Victoria's new football shirt

On boxing day we went to France to see my friend Jude. It was amazing. I loved been with Jude in her home and seeing her way of life. We both did a move at the same time. I landed in America and Jude landed in France. Two different places but the same ups and downs. Same experiences.

Jude and Manu's chalet on the second floor.
This is for Granny Lu. We had salmon and scrambled egg for breakfast.

Walking to the ski slopes to get our passes. Its a 10 minute walk from Jude's house.

Ski slopes in the back ground

The river runs through the town. In the summer you have picnics along the river, kids fish and paddle.

No shortage of snow. The kids were been naughty throwing snowballs at the cars.

Sledging through the woods

Kara is doing a moon project for school. It was lovely too see the full moon for a change. Its always cloudy in the UK.

Croissants and nutella for breakfast

A mobile butcher. We bought some sausages to try.

Benjamin with the jonner. Hope I have spelt it correctly

Our jackets got so wet that we had to borrow from Jude. Same same, snap snap.

The best present the boys got. Its called Kapla. The creations the kids built were amazing. Kara and Samuel playing nicely together.

Kids zooming off down the slopes. They have got quite good now. NO fear.

My first time down the jonner. I was so nervous. We were right at the top of the mountain. I was bricking it to be quite honest.

My teacher Jude. All ready

Starting to chill a bit now. It was amazing. To experience been so high up was wonderful.

Jude spoiling us so much. WE had some amazing French meals.

We did the mentos and diet coke experiment

Merry Christmas to all

Kara and I having a laugh together. I was cooking our lunch for after we had decorated the Christmas tree.

So glad Victoria took a nice picture of me, well I think so. Its normally of my bottom which both girls think is quite funny.

Kara's turn to put the angel on the tree. I love the smell of the real Christmas tree. We have collected quite a few decoration

Merry Christmas to everyone. We hope you have a very special family time together. I started doing Christmas cards but at 1.29 pound per card, I decided to stop. So instead of Christmas cards I will speak to my sister in South Africa and see if there is a charity that I can donate some goodies for the children.

BOOOOO Merry Christmas
